- Reasonable and moderated access to SHIEC member lists and contact information.
- Receipt of requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposals (RFP) from SHIEC HIE members.
MEMBER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Governmental or legal entity primarily engaged in providing health information exchange services in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Must have an established multi-stakeholder governance process.
- Active website describing your stakeholders, mission, governance and services provided.
- Be current on annual subscription fees as established by the SHIEC Board.
- Organizational mission is supportive of the mission of SHIEC HIE members.
- Legal business or governmental entity that has an HIE regulatory, coordination, or standards development role, or the organization is a single entity (private) HIE.
- Website describing key stakeholders, mission, governance, and services provided.
- Be current on annual subscription fees established by the SHIEC board.
- Applicant must be an established business entity that offers products and/or services relevant for HIE organizations.
- Applicant must agree to recognize and follow SHIEC’s rules regarding access to and use of collaborative tools, information and member contact data available to SB&T members.
- Be current on annual subscription fees established by the SHIEC board.
Membership Dues
For HIE members:
HIE Member annual membership dues: $6,000
For Associate Member:
Associate Member annual membership dues: $6,000
For SB&T Member:
SB&T Member annual membership dues are based on the organization’s annual revenue:
$0 – $5M = $7,500/year
$5M – $10M = $12,500/year
$10M – $50M = $17,500/year
$50M < = $27,500/year
